Founder

I’m Caitlin Ravn Maselli, a Florida native from St. Petersburg, now based in Charleston, creating marketing that helps small businesses stand out without losing their personality. I believe great marketing should feel bold, fun, and intentional—never boring or cookie-cutter.

Outside of client work, I’m deeply rooted in creativity and community. I love fostering animals, volunteering with local organizations, and supporting small businesses in any way I can.

My creative outlets—sewing, baking, photography, and film—fuel the way I approach branding: hands-on, thoughtful, and visually driven.

I’m also part of a movie club (think book club, but for films), because storytelling in every form inspires what I do.

My background blends creativity, strategy, and real-world experience. I studied Digital Media Production at Florida State University in Tallahassee, earning a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in documentary film and a minor in commercial entrepreneurship—a foundation that shaped the way I tell stories and think about business. I went on to earn a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications, with a minor in project management, sharpening my ability to turn creative ideas into organized, results-driven campaigns.

Along the way, I had the opportunity to teach an intro to documentary course for a semester, further deepening my passion for storytelling and mentorship.

Professionally, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries, including interior design, art, non-profits, wildlife conservation, engineering, food and beverage, and sports, with experience tied to major networks like ESPN and FOX Sports. That range allows me to approach each project with fresh perspective and adaptability. I’m especially drawn to working with small businesses, where strong marketing support can make the biggest impact.

Helping bring a brand to life, clarify its message, and expand its reach is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
